1 About Agent Up

Agent Up is a licensed real estate agency operating in Queensland, Australia. We provide residential property sales services, including property marketing, listing management, buyer negotiations, and settlement coordination.

Agent Up holds a real estate licence issued by the Queensland Office of Fair Trading. Our licence number is 4928383. We are members of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ).

3 Real Estate Services

3.1 Agency Agreement

If you engage Agent Up to sell your property, you will be required to sign a formal Agency Agreement as required by the Property Occupations Act 2014 (Qld). The Agency Agreement is a separate legal contract that sets out the terms of our engagement, including commission rates, marketing costs, and the duration of the agency period.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our Website only. They do not replace or override any Agency Agreement you may enter into with us.

3.2 Commission and Fees

Our standard commission rate is 1% of the sale price (plus GST), with a minimum commission of $10,000 (plus GST). Commission is payable at settlement from the proceeds of sale.

Marketing costs, including photography packages and portal listing fees, are payable separately and may be due prior to settlement. Full pricing details are available on our Website and will be confirmed in writing before you incur any costs.

3.3 Cooling-Off Period

Under Queensland law, you have a cooling-off period after signing an Agency Agreement during which you may withdraw from the agreement. Details of the cooling-off period will be provided in the Agency Agreement documentation.

4 Property Price Estimates

Our Website may provide property price estimates or market data. This information is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute a formal property valuation.

Property price estimates:

  • Are generated using automated tools and third-party data sources
  • May not account for unique property features, condition, or recent improvements
  • Should not be relied upon for making financial decisions
  • Are not a substitute for a professional property valuation

We recommend obtaining an independent property valuation before making any decisions regarding the sale or purchase of property.
